  Hello, my name is Tiquini Hall I will be talking about Multimedia Marketing. The problem that we had was that a tornado came and wiped out our bus shelters. Since this was the problem we have come up with many different types of solutions. I have spoken on taking the money and creating new ideas that can help and benefit us in the meantime during this devastation. We will be able to use the money towards marketing events, more training classes, advertising more help, and of course, bringing in more business ideas.

  The main goal of the detailed solution will be transforming everything we have into digital. We will be having training classes with the employees will gain the knowledge of knowing how to properly increase sales. We only had our focus on the targeted age group between 18 and 35. In conclusion, I have stated how multimedia marketing has the best solution for JCPenney and how we planned to solve their needs and wants. We have the best track record when dealing and helping our customers get what it is that they really want.
 We can use the money from the loss of the bus shelters and put it all towards planning new marketing events. We could also use the money from this loss and pay for other types of training courses for your employees. These courses will not only help train more of your employees to improve on their online advertising, but these employees will also continue to work closely as a cohesive team.

Use your final blog post to assess your development. Which assignment and/or topic do you feel has been most helpful and why?


The assignment that I feel has been the most helpful was the redoing my resume and the cover letter. This was helpful because I did not know to do a cover letter and it helped me better my resume so it can look even more professional than before. I liked all the assignments in class but this assignment just makes me look deeper into my resume and better understand it.

   Hi, after reading and looking through chapter 10 in my book dealing with the different type of reports. I have begun to think about my professional field and what types of reports I would be using in that workforce. I would be using incident reports, and periodic reports because in a daycare you will always have to write up incidents reports because young children tend to hurt themselves a lot. They are still young and the only thing that will be on their mind is running around and having fun. When they hurt themselves they will cry for a little then get back up and go back to having fun. When it comes to the periodic reports it will be the teachers giving parents updates on how their children are doing in school and what is their progress.

   Both of these reports will be great in my professional field because if you can just look at what we do in this setting every day and see what happens you will truly understand why these two types of reports are well needed. Every time you go to parks or playgrounds you will see that children are most likely to hurt themselves and therefore you have to report it to whoever the parents are because they will want to know what happens to their babies. It is a really good idea that all daycares have both of those reports because it is a requirement by the state. I had a child at my old daycare break his arms and it happen all so quick so I had to take him and go write up an incident report. I had to make a copy for his mom and also get a signature from the director.

Going into the group project I thought that it was going to be pretty decent. I did not think it was going to so little communicate. I was thinking that group projects were better than just doing a project on your own. I felt that this group project was going to be something simple. The group projects could have been more thought out and we could have changed it a little more to where we were all on the same page.

The strengths that I found myself bringing to the table was that I was eager to get my part done and still willing to fix another part that wasn't mine. In upcoming projects, I would like to better myself by planning out more steps on what I am working on. I would like to be able to pace myself and just thoroughly about the steps for the projects. I need to also be willing to open up and give ideas when it comes to group projects so that I am not just sitting there quietly.

In my future career, I would be using the following documents in my field: Writing emails, Writing routines and letters. The fact that I will be working in a child care center there will be a need for writing an email to parents if children are going on field trips so that they are notified in ahead of time. As for routines we will be constantly updating how we teach the children in the rooms and display rules. The rules and other important things will be placed in classrooms or hallways.  Writing letters will be for staff if we are having events that are happening at the school and want to invite other classrooms or family.  These three documents are constantly being used in daycare centers everywhere and they are very helpful to both staff and parents. The letters and emails are able to keep both parents and staff updated on things going on in the school.
